TENNIS FIT CLUB SESSION: The 2hour intense workout combines a cardioworkout using pedometer technology to log movement, Toning, Core & Strength Training to ensure maximum body sculpting and fat burning and specialist low-pressure balls so anyone of any tennis ability can join.

New for 2012, Tennis Angels has joined with G&T Tennis Holidays to offer an amazing trip to the Lew Hoad Tennis Centre, Mijas, Andalucia on the Costa del Sol, Spain.

- Who? Tennis Angels Clients & G&T Clients
- Coach? Kate Borthwick will run the coaching program. You received 1hour group coaching each morning followd by 2hours of organised matchplay.
- Operator: G&T Tennis Holidays (small independent operator organising 1 or 2 tennis trips to Spain each year). The trip is fully hosted by G&T: Welcome drinks (with excellent Sangria and tapas) start off the week, and we host a delicious BBQ after a couple of days. Oh yes - and plenty of organised tennis too!
- G&T philosophy: To provide a friendly and sociable environment, allowing everyone to mix in as much or as little as they want

Following the success of our 2011 trip, we will be running more Tennis Angels coaching holidays to the 5 star award winning Aphrodite Hills resort in Cyprus. Tennis Angels Holiday and will be run in conjunction with Annabel Croft Academy who run tennis holidays in Aphrodite Hills.
I have run many tennis holidays before to Italy, La Manga and Hampshire and this is by far the best resort I've been to, so its time to take you guys out there! This is fantastic way to improve your tennis, meet new people, get some great coaching, relax in the resort.... I guarantee you will love it!

- Who? Everyone is welcome! Open to men & women, aged 18+, All standards (no total beginners i am afraid!). Villas are available with childcare/creche so kids & families are welcome too!

Kids Tennis Parties
The kids will have 60-90 minutes of fun filled tennis on court, run by Tennis Angels Professional Coaches. They're ensured a fun filled, energetic and exciting party and a fantastic tennis experience. No prior tennis experience is necessary.
Age: From 4years through to adults
Venue: Indoors at Bisham Abbey or Cressex Tennis Centre or outdoors at Hambleden. We can also come to your court!
Numbers: 8-16 is ideal, but we can cater for more by arrangement.
Provided: All equipment, snacks, drinks and prizes! All the kids get a medal at the end! (lunch/supper can be arranged at extra cost)

Twice a year we stage the Tennis Angels Family Tournament at Hambleden LTC.

Who: Open to All. Limited to 12 pairs of any standard. Hambleden Members have priority Pairs: Consist of one adult and one child Age Groups: split into two events: 1) U10s & parent 2) 11-16 yrs & parent. Format: Pairs compete in a round robin box format… with winners playing a final at 12.30pm. Child: Must be age 6-16 Adult:Can be parents, step parents, grandparents or elder siblings aged 16+ Cost: £10 per pair..payable in advance. At each event there are two tournament levels: 1. Fun tournament: for beginner/intermediate players who want relaxed fun matches 2. Competitive event: for improver/team players: who have a little more experience and fancy more of a challenge! Format: Run in box leagues to guarantee everyone plays lots of tennis! Come with a partner or we will arrange one for you!
